Ema Datshi with King Trumpet

Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp butter

4 king trumpet mushrooms (sliced)

3 pods garlic

2 tomatoes

1 tsp chilli flakes

1/4 cup grated cheese

1/2 cup water

8-10 blanched green beans


Directions

  1. In a pan, heat olive oil and butter for a few minutes. Add the sliced mushrooms and garlic. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the mushrooms turn golden. 
  2. Add the chopped tomatoes, chilli flakes and grated cheese. Cook for 1 minute until the cheese starts to melt. 
  3. Add in the water and cook for 5 minutes on low. Add the bleached beans and you are ready to dig in!
