Shipping & Delivery

Purchases are shipped from our farm in Village Bissar, Mewat by our in-house team & trusted delivery partners. We aim to deliver all our orders within 48 hours of confirmation. Order delivery times will be communicated after the purchase.

For any complaints with regards to your order (missing items, quality, delivery) please contact us within 24 hours of your order delivery for resolution. We will not be liable for any complaint later than that.

Shipping Charges & Minimum Order Value

We deliver our farm produce throughout Delhi NCR and some of them all over India. There is no minimum order. There is a delivery fee that will be applicable on all orders.

Payment Options

We accept immediate orders online through the Razorpay payment gateway. Credit card, Debit card, UPI and Wallets are the main payment methods.

Pricing Policy

All prices on this website are processed in Indian Rupees. All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. 

Cancellation Policy

If the address given is not in our delivery list of areas or in case of any other unforeseen circumstances, we may cancel the order. Please note: If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. 

Return & Refunds 

Harvest of mushrooms can sometimes be unpredictable. As a result, sometimes we may fall short of the expected harvest at the time of dispatching your order. In such cases, we will make our best effort to communicate to the customer that their order will be delayed. In such a case, the customer can choose to cancel their order and we will issue a full refund.  Additionally, customers are entitled to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and make the necessary adjustments to their order. We will strive to provide a replacement product at the earliest. In special circumstances, we may consider issuing a refund. This will be at the sole discretion of the company.
