Local to many regions in Himachal Pradesh, Gucchi mushrooms thrive in the wilderness, have a unique flavour and a honeycomb head. They are rare, delicate, and now available with us! Our regular pack comprises small and medium-sized mushrooms for daily cooking.

Gucchis carry the highest amount of vitamin D among edible mushrooms and are an excellent source of the B-complex group of vitamins that help boost metabolism.

All you need to do is soak them in lukewarm water for 30 minutes and they're ready for your pan! Store them in a cool, dry place and they can last up to a whole year.
