Delicate, mild flavoured, and velvety-textured, oyster mushrooms spruce up your stir-fries, pasta, or even salads like no other! They are also high in protein & fibre, and a good source of iron, zinc, potassium, and calcium as well as known to help in maintaining blood sugar levels. 


We grow oyster mushrooms at our farm all year round and dry some of our produce to make them handy for when you don't have time to plan ahead for your meal.


All you need to do is soak them in lukewarm water for 30 minutes and they're ready for your pan! Store them in a cool, dry place and they can last up to a whole year.
