Balsamic Portobello Steak with Arugula

Ingredients:
- 2-3 large portobello mushrooms (stems removed, wiped clean)
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
Step 1: Mix all the ingredients to make a sauce and marinate the mushrooms in it for 5-10 minutes.
Step 2: Place your mushrooms into a frying pan and cook on medium heat for 4-6 minutes on each side. Midway through this process, pour all of your remaining marinade over the mushrooms as they cook.
Step 3: Take the mushrooms off the pan and serve over a bed of rocket or butter lettuce. Use the remaining liquid in the pan as a salad dressing.
