Gucchi Yakhni on Ghee Rice

Ingredients
- 5-6 pcs Dried Gucchi (washed under running water)
- 5-6 baby potatoes
- 3 tsp ghee
- 1 onion, sliced
- 150gm yoghurt, unstrained
- Pinch of hing
- 1.5 tsp fennel powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- Pinch of black cardamom
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 green cardamom
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 cinnamon
- 1 green chilli, slit
Method:
Heat ghee in a wok. Add the whole spices and let it sauté till aromatic
Add the onion, dried gucchi and potatoes
Add the powdered spices and let it cook for 2 minutes
Add the yoghurt and cook till potatoes are cooked through
Adjust seasoning and serve with steaming rice and ghee!
