Keto Portobello Bun Burger

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Shroomery Portobello Mushrooms (~200g)
- Salt & Garlic powder
- 1 Burger Patty
- Lettuce leaves
- Sliced Tomato
- Ketchup/Mayo
- Pickles
Instructions:
Step 1: On a grill plate or normal fry pan, drizzle olive oil or ghee and place your mushrooms and burger patty in the pan. Sprinkle it with salt and garlic powder. Cook 4-6 minutes on each side until mushrooms and patty are cooked through.
Step 2: Place Mushroom on a plate and top with a burger patty, add preferred toppings. We like lettuce, tomatoes, mayo and some pickles. Top with the second portobello as a ‘bun’.
These are a little slippery to eat with your hands. So you can dig in with a fork and knife too. Either way, they’re delicious!
