Roasted Shiitake Miso Butter

Ingredients:
• 100g unsalted butter
• 65g shitake miso
Process:
Take unsalted butter and let it come up to room temperature.
Whisk together with the Miso. That's all!
This delicious mix is great for emulsifying, glazing or just simply spreading over a piece of bread. You can also add to your upma, rissotto, pasta, saute your veggies, use as a spread or dip.
Storage Instructions: Place it in an airtight container or roll it up in a cling wrap and store in your fridge.
