Shroom Balls

Serves: 1-2

Prep time: 20 mins

Ingredients:

  • 250g Shroomery Oyster Mushrooms
  • 1 cup soaked walnuts
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 5 leaves fresh basil
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • Olive Oil

 

Instructions:

Step 1: Soak walnuts in water for 4-6 hours.

Step 2: Saute mushrooms, garlic and onions in some olive oil

Step 3: Add all ingredients to a blender and blend into a thick paste.

Step 4: Use the mash to make balls and shallow fry in oil or ghee until nice and brown. 

Serve over zucchini noodles, regular noodles and marinara sauce.
