Shroom Samosa Recipe

Crispy, cheesy samosas packed with our fresh King Trumpet and Shiitake mushrooms—a perfect bite-sized appetizer for any occasion!
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 100 g each of King Trumpet, Cremini and Shiitake mushrooms (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley
- 50g grated mozzarella cheese
- Samosa sheets
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
The filling :
- Heat butter in a pan and sauté the mushrooms.
- Once they release water, add in the garlic and sauté until light brown.
- Season with salt, pepper, and parsley; cook for another minute. Remove from heat and cool for 10 minutes.
- Stir in the grated mozzarella.
The folding :
Spoon one and a half or two tbsp of the mixture into each samosa wrapper. Shape and seal using water.
Deep fry until golden brown and serve hot!
