Description:
A crispy and delicious snack made using our flavourful Shroom Asian Pickles. These new-age pakoras are the perfect quick fix for tea time or festive snacks!
Ingredients:
- Shroom Asian Pickle
- Tempura flour (for dusting)
- Tempura batter (store-bought or homemade)
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- Pat dry the pickle pieces to remove any excess brine.
- Lightly dust each pickle piece, or a couple together, with tempura flour to ensure an even coating.
- Dunk the floured pickles into the tempura batter, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Fry the battered pickles slowly to ensure they cook evenly and become golden and crispy.
- Once crispy, remove the pakoras from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil. Serve hot with a dip of your choice!
