Description:
A crispy and delicious snack made using our flavourful Shroom Asian Pickles. These new-age pakoras are the perfect quick fix for tea time or festive snacks!

 

 

Ingredients:

  • Shroom Asian Pickle
  • Tempura flour (for dusting)
  • Tempura batter (store-bought or homemade)
  • Oil for frying

 

 

Instructions:

  1. Pat dry the pickle pieces to remove any excess brine.
  2. Lightly dust each pickle piece, or a couple together, with tempura flour to ensure an even coating.
  3. Dunk the floured pickles into the tempura batter, ensuring they are fully coated.





  4. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Fry the battered pickles slowly to ensure they cook evenly and become golden and crispy.
  5. Once crispy, remove the pakoras from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil. Serve hot with a dip of your choice!
